I know I haven't posted all week, but I do hope my readers are still around! Please let me know if you are still reading! I love to get comments!!
It's a gorgeous sunny day here in Eastern Canada. I have been up since 6am, made sure my daughter got off to work on time and worked on the newest Swedish Weaving blanket I have started. This one is for someone special. The background is pale yellow, but it isn't showing up in the pattern. It's pretty...I'm liking it so far!!
I finished the blanket I did for my friend. I had hoped to give it to her this weekend, but we couldn't manage to meet anytime...so hopefully in the next couple of weeks. She doesn't know I made it for her, so I can't wait to see her expression!
I made these two window toppers yesterday...my back door that opens to the deck is a long pane of glass, so I have two curtain rods on it....I like how they turned out....I have one more to make for the front door...probably won't get that done until tomorrow.
Anyway...hope everyone has a great Sunday!!
Hugs
Marion

I love those blankets and the curtains you made are so cute. Great job on both. Have a great Sunday.
Hi! I love the blankets! And the curtain toppers are so Christmasy. Just wanted you to know that I do stop by once in awhile even though I don't always leave a comment. I enjoy visiting here!
The blanket turned out beautiful! I can't believe you got it finished for her already! (Seems like you just started it)
The Christmas Curtains turned out really cute; I can't wait to see photos of the rest of your Holiday Decorating!
Marion, the blankets are just wonderful and your friend is going to love hers! And the toppers are just too cute. I'm a HUGE Christmas fan (my family calls it an obsession...go figure)!!
Big hugs!
the blankets are gorgeous! Love the window toppers.
Such beautiful work!
I'm still here. I've had family visiting until late last night. I'm tired! I hope to get things back in shape tomorrow. Today I've done nothing but rest.
Hugs,
Gina
What beautiful blankets you have made Marion!!!! You are so talented! :)
The blanket for your friend turned out just beautiful. I also love the new one just started. Your curtain toppers are really sweet too.
Yes, I do visit your blog whenever I get the chance. Since we have had to visit my MIL in the Moncton hospital so often lately, I don't get to blog as often as I like.
Keep up the good work!
Your Swedish weaving is beautiful! And the window toppers are very cute - and festive!
Hi again, Marion,
I hope you don't mind but I tagged you. You can visit my blog to find out what it's all about.
Hope you're having a lovely day!
Marion,
I haven't been around much either. The kids have been on the computer or I have just been busy with other stuff. I started decorating and I'm working on Christmas presents but have nothing to show for it...okay, a mess! LOL
The Swedish weaving is beautiful as always! I love what you've done! Do you have like patterns or do you wing what you want to do? It looks really interesting....like I need another craft? LOL
Have a great day!
Leslie
