POSITIVELY AN ANN WITH AN "E" DAY!!

It is absolutely the most spring like day we have had so far this year!! (I won't mention the fact that it IS supposed to snow tonight!! SHHHH!)
The birds are chirping, the sun is shining, there is a slight breeze in the air...just my kind of day!!

This cross-stitch is a chart/kit I've been working on for almost 2 years...I work on it for a while, pack it away, take it out..do some more....I WILL finish it....I always do finish them...some just take longer than others. This will be framed eventually, not sure where I will hang it.

I went to the library this morning. I got the movie "Dreamer" for youngest and I to watch tonight...tonight is movie night for her and I...provided she is home and no friends are sleeping over! LOL Her and I both really like this movie, so I thought it would be fun to watch again.

I also borrowed some "Decorating Your Kid's Rooms" books and will look through those on the weekend. I've got ideas for her small room...just can't wait to get started!!

Have a great afternoon everyone!

Hi Marion! It's me, Penny of Miss Pootsie's Primitives. I wanted to let you know that we/I forgot to include in the original post that international readers cannot participate in the drawings because the shipping is so HIGH. I just cannot afford it. BUT... we wanted you to know that your name WILL STAY IN THE DRAWING for this one. You posted your comment before we added any rules to the orig. post.
By the way... I ADORE your stitchery! It is just wonderful. Do you do many of them? Nice blog too! Blessings, Penny

What thread count is this? just was wondering....you do such nice work....I haven't been able to do any embroidery or cross stitching in a while as my glasses are in such bad shape....just got a new prescription and ordered two new pair, Yeah! Can hardly wait for them to come in so I can get stitching and crafting again...really at loose ends without something to do in spare moments...

That looks like Anne of Green Gables to me! Lovely work on it. I have pieces that have hung around for (gasp!) years now but one day I plan on finishing them.

I'm so glad you dropped by my blog and left a comment! That what has led me back here to visit with you :-D
