Okay, got my photo added to the profile, now let's see if I can add some of my cross-stitch to this post. Cross-stitch is what keeps me sane (hubby begs to differ at that!!)
WooHoo!! I did it! This is a small cross-stitch that hangs in our family room...it says "Nova Scotia"...and was by Victoria Sampler...I believe.

Thank you so much for your kind words on my blog. I'm just so lost some days without being able to call and talk to my Mom. I'm the baby of 7 children and very close to both of my parents. I know that my Dad is very lonely without Mom. I'm not sure how long he'll be around, but I'm cherishing every time I get to talk to him.
